'Imposter syndrome' isn’t some deep flaw you need to fix or heal from, it’s just what it feels like when you’re growing.
It's just a trendy label, someone has slapped on a completely normal part of growth. 
When you’re stretching beyond the version of yourself you’ve outgrown.
Yes it feels weird. Yes your brain’s whispering, in fact screaming doubts at you.
You're stepping into unchartered waters.
That’s never going to feel totally comfortable.
Think of it like this:
Imposter syndrome only shows up for men who're actually doing something worth doing.
The ones building, leading, stepping up.
It doesn't visit the guy sitting on the sofa, scratching his bag of nuts while dishing out advice to high level athletes on the TV screen!
So no, you’re not a fraud. you're not broken!
You're just a bit uncomfortable, mate!
You’re in the fight.
You're in the middle of becoming the man you said you'd become!
And every time you show up despite the fear, you're proving you belong in the arena.
