People get this so wrong.
Weight training builds muscle.
Cardio training is for the cardio vascular system.
The kitchen is for weight loss.
All 3 and you're unstoppable.
How many times have you heard someone going to the gym because they need to lose weight?
If you're exercising to lose weight you're on a hiding to nothing without first fixing the kitchen.
You can't outrun a bad diet!
The problem is, i don't really think many people know what they should be doing in the kitchen.
It's simple when you know how and usually means you can eat as much as you like.
I'll share a story tomorrow to prove my point.
