Goal Setting for 2022

It's that time of year again...

You've fugked it all up already.

Your 2022 goals, or should i say resolutions, are a distant memory. Again!

Listen, i want you to have a great year. I want you to make it better than last year. Even if last year was good.

But it's going to take a bit more than a half arsed wish to improve a few things.

Most people announce the same old things, because they know it's what they 'should' do...

Say they're not gonna drink so much as they pour new year's cocktails down their throat.

Say they're gonna lose weight as they fire into tubs of chocolates and all the other goods that come with the time of year.

But it's not really serious, is it? They don't really want it. Sure, it would be nice to be in shape, to feel good, to have the energy to keep up with the kids.

But it takes discipline.

It's not some big event, it's small disciplines, repeated daily!

So if you're truly seeking change in any area of life, then get serious about it.

Here's somewhere to start...

Write down where you are. The truth. How it is. However ugly that maybe.

If you're 4 stone overweight, know the numbers and own it!

Take responsibility.

Next, write down where you want to be. Most people don't ever reach where they want to be because they don't know.

Question your thoughts and beliefs. Your habits and rituals. Are they serving you? Probably not!

Once you know where you are, and where you want to go, you need to break it down into smaller steps, make a plan and get after it till your eyes bleed!

I'm sure you already know WHAT to do, that's never usually the issue. And if it is, you're a youtube video away from finding out.

The real issue is you don't do it!
