The problem isn’t usually the problem…

May 30

It’s your thoughts about the problem.

Happened upon a post yesterday. It’s been deleted but it basically went like this…

I have 2 beautiful boys & an amazing wife. But I’ve just been paid and I have $200 in my bank. I need more than that in fuel to get to work. I’m a failure as a father, I’d be better off dead. I have nothing.

It was a bit longer than that but I’ve got the main points in.

So let’s look closer.

He’s pissed all over his own argument.

And I told him.

Says he’s got nothing??? 😳

He has 2 beautiful boys and an amazing wife. And a job, and a car, and presumably a roof over his head. And his health, and their health.

So much to be grateful for. I could go on.

But he’s focused on the bad.

Doesn’t get to enjoy ALL the good in his life.

Telling himself a poor story.

And thinks the answer is to kill himself! 🤦🏽‍♂️

Let’s be honest, we’ve all had times where we’ve had zero money 💰

Minor issue.

Remove the emotion and get to work on it.

Like Les brown said, if you’ve got a problem man or money can fix, you don’t really have a problem.

The real problem here is what’s between his ears. His attitude, mindset. 🧠

And that’s what we’re great at.

Helping you change it 🙌🏽
