‘I really want to start getting up earlier but every morning I fail and get angry at myself for not doing what I said I would. Help!’
Getting up early and putting a morning routine in place is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
And while it’s going to take discipline in the early days, before it becomes habit…
Here’s 3 tips to help you
1) Create routine by going to bed and getting up at the same time. Aim for 8 hours.
2) Don’t hit the snooze button. Move your alarm away from the bed, like I had to, so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.
3) Make the first thing you do when you get up, enjoyable. That way, you’ll look forward to it.
